braggin on my lil sis

ginger has been volunteering with the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project part-time for the past 9 months or so. it's a great organization (they created the "local foods" bumper stickers) and she's done some really cool work with them. her latest: a radio show about elementary students' trip to a local farm (future broadcast on wpvm).

you'll enjoy it either because it's such an amazing project with kids or because my sister's so amazing - or both!

i'm also obliged to brag on laurey's (seriously good, local food - when you're in asheville), and on anna callahan, a community artist who ginger will also be working with.
